This restaurant design came to be through my interest in the versitility of apples in cooking. I thought it would be cool to have a restaurant centered around the apple. Through research finding no such restaurant exists, I knew I had to make it just to know that it could be done.

Rounding off the vision by giving it a contemporary, higher end air, Core is a talking point. This lackered red and white local is an experience, and one that would be talked about all around New York.
